i hope someone here can help me, i have a proscan 61" ctc 195 series tv.
here is the problem, we went to clean out the back dust etc. snd now
when we go to turn it on by pushing the power button we power button
blinks 4 times and the tv wont turn on,
any help would be greatly appreciated, i have the scematic for it
with the parts numbers
