I'm tech & need help. I have this big screen tv with two problems.
1- When it is cold, image appears small , then when the tv is being hot ,works fine , the square is complete. like as power supply regulation problem , but
I'm not sure.
2- Red and green colors works good, but blue color is blurry , I tried adjusting
focus controls in assembly without changes. I don't know if is screen problem
or focus-screen assy. problem , thanks in advance for your help.

There is an IC, (I think it is 7412) an 8 legged creature that fails causing the regulation problem. Replace that IC, then tackle the fluid replacement procedure.
