how to reset pasword???

i have here a korean tv.an old model korean.sory but the sticker for model number is missing.the set turned on but PASSWORD displayed.the owner accidentally put password.any idea how to reset without changing ic(GS10201C-02)...tia

Short of trying the old stadbys "0000" or "1234" or "8888" without a accurate model number all hope may be lost
