problem with my tv is when i turn on it take about 15-30 minutes for tv scrin to show picture and few day ago it completely not showing anything. can someone help me to figure out why this happen? i'm new here

with no model number or any other clue about this set, All you have to do is remove and replace the defective componets and it will work.... If you need a more detailed anwer we need a model number

Being a Philips it works on IsqC technology. So the tube will not balance. You have waited until this fault progressed from a few minutes till now half an hour. Well, you may find someone who has some form of cure, but its a waste of time. The tube will not balance until its hot. It will just get worse, and sorry its not for fixing. the last one I had Philips wanted $999 for the tube and the set new was $650.
