warfdale, bottom of screen 1cm of black n up half way people have egg heads

Hi

I would really appriciate any help on this,

Its a Wafdale M2126 wide screen and at the bottom of the screen there is just blackness then the picture starts about 1cm up. the bottom of the screen looks to be a little sqaushed and up half way on the screen it is really squashed with people looking as if they have long egg heads.

when I hold the tv up at an angle withthe left of the screen up at 45 degrees the black line across the bottom decreases to aprox 0.5cm, but if I keep on raisin the angle the screen starts to go red from the bottom right outwards untill all the screen is red.
