Sony kv-32HS500

While I am watching tv it will flash, sometimes once, or three times in a row. It's a white flash like it's taking a picture if that doesn't sound to weird. Hope it's a quick and ez fix.

You should bring up the self diagnostic Screen by pressing Display-Channel 5-sound volume-power on,on screen should display,Exemple: 2:+B OCP 0 means NO Fault has been detected,but if you have a 1 means one fault has been detected,

So I did what you said and it worked, it brought up some display and yes it did have some ones, so now what! If you could provide some info that would be great, thanks.

Your screen should look like this;

2:+B OCP 0
3:+B OVP 0
4:VSTOP 0
5:AKB 0
6:LOWB 0
7:H-STOP 0
101:WDT 24 Now in place of 0 means no fault detected, if you have for exemple 1 in the +B OCP means a fault was detected one time only.
