Hello,My tv is a RCA Model P52812BLYX1.I have not moved it out from the wall yet because it is so heavy,I am trying to get my ducks in a row first so I dont have to move it to much.The symtoms are a band of horizontal white lines rolling upward every couple inches or so.Are there any regular problems with this set? I have some troubleshooting know how mostly with tube sets though.Thanks John

Check Caps in the tube board think are 15103,15108,not shure check them all,also c14700,701,703,you may need an ESR meter,they may test good capacitance but may still be bad,
