i have a rca projection tv manufactured in 2000
it wont change channels
this happened about 4 years ago also, the tech came out to fix it and said that the cookies were full, he told me he reprogramed the tv to reset the cookies during a powere loss.

well again im faced with this prioblem, i tried unplugging the set for a while, that didnt work

any ideas?

how do i access the diognostic mode?
