I have a 32" JVC I'Art flat screen TV which over the last year has developed an inch wide blurry area running down the center of the screen. The distortion is there whether I view live TV (SAT) or DVD's. My other TV has no such problems -so I would assume the problem to be with the TV and not the SAT connection. Could this be caused by a failing picture tube, or is there something I can do to alleviate the problem?
