Our sony 35" tv is not turning on right away, sometimes starts out with a picture, then eventually goes completely black. If you turn it on and it is black and leave it, eventually it does have a picture. Sometimes it stays on a long time. Is it the picture tube, it was made 1999. Can anyone help?
