I have a Sony KP-61HS10 with the RED color not converging with BLUE and GREEN. I removed the STK's and then checked the pico fuses. I was expecting to find one or mode pico fuses blown. This is not the case, all six pico fuses in the D board are good.
I guess it is possible to have one STK partialy damaged. Have you guys seen a similar situation?
Thanks,
Pedro

If the Green and Blue are alighned then the fuses are good. If you replaced both Ic's and still have the problem then the low Ohm resistors for the red are bad.

Yes, green and blue are aligned. I checked every resistor by de-soldering one leg of each and all pico fuses and resistors are okay. I also checked the fuses on the G board and found they are jumpers, not pico fuses as indicated in the schematics. This is original board. So, I did not change anything.
The new STKs will arrive on Monday. I will install then immediately and I shall see.
Thank you for your input.

I did have the same problem and replcing both STK fixed it. Since the pico fuses are fine, I would replace both STK. These STK are not that expensive. I paid about $12 - $13 a piece. I had one of the pico fuse open, which I replaced with close rated one.
