The XP 86AX27 had an issue with C568, is that yourv model?

Color wheel

Now that we got a model number this tells us the color wheel most likley exploded, This could have been just after a terrible vibration or what sounded like a fan Could be the old BP96-00250a color wheel

i am new at tv repair thanks for the help. where should i order the color wheel. befor the color was lost it would freeze and make some noise ect. now the tv is fine but without the color
