Magnovox 20 Inch Picture Problem

I have a Magnavox 20 incher Model 20MS2331/17 that the picture has shifted 1/2 way up the screen from the bottom. Everything else seems OK. I can't see the tops of the people's heads. Any help would be appreciated.

Most likely it's your vertical output IC.

I have the same model, but mine has shifted about two inches from the top. How do I correct the issue myself ?
