TOSHIBA 50HP66 TV...A/V ports 1&2 No A/V, Port 3 No Sound...Please Help

I have a Toshiba Model 50HP66 plasma tv.
I've have it for a year and half or so
I was watching a dvd (toshiba dvd player) and all sudden Audio/Video input ports 1&2 have no video or audio, port # 3 has video, but audio is very low.
I havent tested the tuner input, Component inputs, hdmi or s-video inputs yet.
There are 3 service ports inlucluding a usb service port, can i usb cable male to male to connect it to my laptop?

ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPREATED
