First the problem was a small bow at top of screen that was mostly green. Then this person said they knew how to fix it so they messed with the color dials in the back , and they got the bow out but now the color's are seperated. I tried to reset the convergence to fix it but it takes it right back to the bow at the top of the screen. Can someone tell me whats wrong I can't afford a technition to repair it. Please any advice would be great and please if possible step by step instructions would be awsome. thankyou
