If my old CRT TV needs replaceing--what is a good one to buy LCD/Plasma ? and what make is a good one please--I have heard that Plasma is quite dear to run.

Toss your coin, Plasma is the shunned system, most are LG regardless of what the front says and LCD is another system which cooks its self in a year or two. Im reminded of Monty Python and the song , Always look on the bright side of life. It states, Lifes a piece of ---- if you really look at it. Well sorry thats my view of the 2 systems, hold on to the glass because tomorrow there may be something better, and remember, Always look on the bright side of life.

Really Rrobor? so you say to stick to the CRT ? how do you get on about the HD --I guess you have to get a set top box ? I have also heard that the Plasma does cost quite a bit to run too?
