ts3260c129 shutting down

I have av32wf35 dead by jumping acros the relay set come on with good picture and sound. replaced q951,micro and reset transistor for the micro.I can get a deflection on the hor. driver
transistor with the relay jumped across but without jumping relay
there is no signal out of the micro. to turn on and all voltages
seem to be in range.

If the micro is not sending the relay a signal the relay will never activate. By jumping the relay you bypass the micro but the functions will not work.
It is likely that the micro is faulty.If by jumping the relay the system come on this means that the other cicuits are healthy.
Change the micro

Do not muck about, try the relay, its got a voltage on its top, get a battery and see if it clicks on, if it does has the other 2 connections become common?. If not which pin of the micro drives the thing. It will be micro B+ 3.3V or 5V on one pin, in standby it will be in one mode in on it will flop to the other. There is no great mystery in this, diagnosis is as easy as A B C. Rob.
