GE vertical deflection problem

Chassis #CTC-167C. Problem started with thin lines/mirror image at top, then increased to 2 inches. This morning the only video was a thin line in the middle. I understand this is a problem with the vertical output IC and maybe the boost voltage. Is the boost voltage the same as the B+ and would you know the IC number or anything else I should look for?
Thanks,
Jeff

Thanks for your help. Replaced u4501 and c4502,503 and 507. Problem still there. Found no Vcc on u4501,R506 is open. Would you know the value of this resistor?
Thanks,
Jeff

Please note this is a safety resistor and must be rep;aced by the same otherwise if the TV goes on fire and kills somebody, you face a manslaughter charge.
