I'm desperate for an IC504 for my Sony KV-32HS500. Sony has discontinued and can't find anywhere. Tried to find someone selling same TV for parts and cannot find anyone willing to do it, even when I find one. My repair man replaced power supply and found this problem after new power supply was installed. Does anyone know where I could find one?

Would help if we knew what IC504 was, you just gave its location.

IC504 is a 5v reg on the A board.

What are the numbers on the thing, if its just a 3 pin regulator any correct polarity 3 pin will do. A four pin most times the sharp 4 pins will do but without the numbers on the thing its hard to tell.
