Our tv rca plasma has no picture but it has sound. The model is phd42600, I believe it is a 42 inch. My husband a disabled vet usually deals with this type of thing but has been very sick.

No pix, has sound is probably the most common fault with tv's. The problem could be anywhere in the power supply, horizontal, sync, vertical and with plasma problems are common the the YSUS and ZSUS. The answer is vague, sorry, but unless you can supply voltage readings taken at critical points, this is all you can expect.
