i was just given this rca projection when it powers up all three crt's flash really bright and fast i left it on and the red got dimmer after a while then the green then it was making a hissing sound so i shut it down.any suggestions?

i just plugged it in again after some resding and the blue then the green came on no red i didn't leave it on for long i checked the heatsinks on the converjence board they were cold then checked the power supply heatsink it was cold too does it sound like the power supply
