first the unit was goes to vertical line display, i will replace the vertical ic ,and it was back to normal..after 2 weeks when i tun on, the led flashes together..what should be the cause of this problem. i already resolder all joints in hot points section but still the l.e.d. flashes...

Change the vertical IC again and the booster capacitor. One end of the capacitor goes to a diode the other end to a pin on the IC. Suspect value will be 68uF but may be as low as 33uF. use 100uF63V
