Get audio, but no video. Yet, it has a DVD player built in, and that will play a dvd just fine. Any ideas? Thanks

What are you asking. How am I to judge what is going on when everything contradicts. No Video is a blank screen, No brighgtness is a blanked out screen or black screen. What have you got, an overbright green screen, a dull green screen or what. If the screen is dull but slightly green it can suggest that this is how the tube is set on low lights so is normal and your fault is no Video. So dont ask for a diagnosis when you dont give the symptoms. Study what you see and think before you write your answer.
