I have a RCA 52" Model P52755BA. It won't turn on. I bought the HVD and installed it without connecting the 2 wires from HVD to anything since there was no indication where wires went & now TV goes on but I have no sound. Does the wires on HVD have anything to do with sound or is it another problem/part???
Any help is appreciated as I have a sick son & can not afford another TV.

CHECK TO SEE IF SPEAKERS ARE ON EXTERNAL SWITCH IT TO INTERNAL SPEAKERS.
SOME TIMES YOU HAVE TO RUN AUTO PROGRAMING TO GET SOUND BACK ON
CHECK IN MENU AUDIO CHANGE SETTING SAP STEREO MONO, SOME TIMES THIS WILL BRING THE SOUND BACK ON.
