Help!! Wii controller broke my Samsung 56" tv screen Model # HLR5667WX/XAA
There is a 5 inch crack on the screen. A repairman seems to think that only the front screen is broken. My question is...how do you tell if both lenticular and fresnel are broken? What are the chances of only cracking one? The picture looks fine. Do I need a samsung certified repairman?

Chances are only a Samsung agent will touch this, its lots of work and usually peoples beliefs and reality are far apart. So expect the bill to be double what you think fair.
