Any assistance is greately appreciated. I replaced 1000mf 16v caps on main power supply,DM Module, and SMT board. I also replaced two puffed caps on the Main power Supply valued ad 3300mf 10V. Still getting the green blinking light. SMT did have two of the four 1000mf caps puffed. Any other suggestions are welcomed.

Change the lot, replace with supply grade capacitors rated at 105V. If you dont posess an ESR meter then you cant tell whats good or bad aand the reason your caps puffed is due to the supply running rough so the puffed up ones did not cause the fault, usually they are the result
