I have a magnavox 32mf231d/37 and have no picture but I have audio. Checked power supply and I don't see any capacitor problems should I change out the power supply board?

I see from your message, that its 2 years old.
My tv is doing something strange.
it turns on and the power light keeps going on and off.
even when unplugged for a while. when I plug it in the power light is already on.
i do not know what to do with it.
