Recently I posted a reply (to Hugh) woth regard to the scoring in competitions, a day after my posting had been displayed a note appeared saying that it had been edited by schedule 4 yet it appears to be exactly the same as written!
As it was just a run thru' of 5 pnts per win etc I can't see why it should be edited and if it has why does it appear to be the same after editing?

Mmm No idea... Did they perhaps correct a typo or something? Seems pathetic, but I can't think of anything else....

And after all I said about how good they were compared to AENA!

Dear Mr Goodfellow,

I'm sorry, you'd put that the 2 extra points for the loosers was for 5 goals or less. Its actually for less than 5 goals (ie 4, 3, 2 or 1) so I made the smallest possible correction rather than post a correcting reply.

I do hope you don't mind

Julie

I'm surprised that your leagues works on 5 goals, but do apologise - All the "All England" leagues (but not tournaments) are based on 4 goals - I think at the time it was based on 1 goal a quarter.

Maybe we're innumerate,I don't worry about the logic?
As I umpire rather than play thus don't have consider the points.

Ah, so the editor is the list owner!

Very sensible :-)

Well done Julie...

And Steve, I'd be careful if I were you, implying that you're an innumerate umpire...? :-)))
