Josefina es una cojita de 32 años. Se siente desplazada del mundo por si discapacidad y nunca ha tenido novio pero siempre ha soñado que encontrará a su príncipe azul. Siempre ha estado enamorado del hijo de sus vecinos que es mayor que ella y se fue a vivir a Grecia dónde se casó y regresó con sus hijos. Alexander tiene 14 años y despierta en Josefina unos sentimientos que ella jamás había conocido. Ella lo hace todo por él. Es una historia de amor, de desprecio, de odio, de humillación. Es una lucha de los sentimientos bonitos contra la dura realidad de la vida.
