This is a PNGSCAPE site.

New Zealand, the land of the Long White Cloud, home of Jonah Lomu, the mighty All Blacks, those funny little birds called Kiwis, the dude who made Lord of the Rings, and several hundred hardy Papua New Guineans. This is a notice board and on-line meeting place for those Papua New Guineans as well as friends of Papua New Guinea living in the land of the Long White Cloud, New Zealand.
Post a message, tell a joke, make an announcement or just tell people you are around, this board is for you and is whatever you make it.

You wrote a very good explanation of everything. I hope you can contribute your views more often on this and other issues, and put them on the main (on top) boards. I learnt a lot from your posting.

One thing you didn't mention that adds to what you said is the fact that many asian goods are not only easily breakable, they are downright dangerous. The foods and toys have been documented to have poisons in them sometimes. Although developed countries have caught these horrible tricks and stopped the goods from coming into their countries, those Chinese companies just turn around and send the same junk to us in PNG. Our government has no capacity to deal with this flood of bad products.
