Dumbest late season moves come back to bite Lou in the Ass.

Why he picked up Hrdina and Kozlov is still a mystery to us all.
By the way , the Devils have pulled the goalie and neither Hrdina or Kozlov are on the ice.
What was Lou thinking when he picked them up ?

EVERY FLYERS CARD IN THIS HOUSE WILL BE IN THE MAIL IN A TRADE OR SHREDDED BY NEXT FRIDAY.

*GRUMBLE*

I have just spent the minutes following the Devils' elimination working out two deals on Beckett that will rid my apartment of all the hideous Flyers cards, including that God-awful Bobby Clarke monstrosity that I posted on the general talk board.  I will not tolerate a single one past Friday, and all stragglers will become packing material.

Without having a clue whom Philly will meet in rd 2 .
I'll predict that Philly is gone in 6(if not 5).
Hopefully this Flyer downfall will help ease the NJ pain.

I knew trading Rupp for Hrdina was a bad move and said so when it happened.

I would NEVER have done that...

Oh, I am gonna be just like when it's the Caps and Pens.  I will watch obsessively until the Flyers are toast.  My ex did not understand this phenomenon of not resting until the bastard team is gone, but luckily, Chris does, and he supports me.

One Beckett deal confirmed he wants the Ragnarssons and Malakhovs, and another is pending for everyone else.  If you were on the ice in a Flyers jersey today, you're outta here.  The old cards of my favorites who had the gross misfortune of being Flyers are safe, but the rest are done...

...speaking of that, I need to get rid of these Zubrus cards.  Doesn't anyone else up here have a few cards to trade for those?  Peat, Pettinger, Eminger, Suts, Metro....Gionta, Madden, Pandolfo, Brylin....Regehr, Gauthier, Conroy, Yelle, Turek, Iginla.....Ricci, Harvey....Naslund, Bertuzzi, Jovo....McSorley.....Lanny McDonald....help a girl out!  (and Chris too since he collects a lot of those players)

Cilla - trading anyone for Hrdina is a dumb maneuver, but trading Rupp AND a second rounder is what made me really mad.  Not that Rupp is the next big thing, but I've cursed at Hrdina since the Pens days, and I ain't stopping now.

With all my disappointment about the Devils being out, let's not forget something wonderful that happened yesterday - DING DONG, THE DALLAS STARS ARE GONE!!!

I'd rather see Philly advance than that Darcy Tucker-led goon squad of Leafs.

Yes, Bertuzzi.  Chris is the one who collects him, really.  But I remain a Bertuzzi fan, because I am not going to base my complete opinion of someone based on a few seconds of stupidity, and I'm not going to judge someone who I believe is genuinely sorry when it's not my place to do so.  I know that I am in the minority on this board, and I respect everyone else's opinion who disagrees with me.  I've liked Todd Bertuzzi for a long time now.
