The Stanley Cup went missing and the keeper of Lord Stanley's mug ,Walter Neubrand, had no idea where she(is the Cup a she?)was .
The Cup went missing on a 750 mile airplane trip from Van to Fort St John BC. When the plane landed and the baggage was checked..........NO Lord's Stanley's Mug !

The Cup was found still in Vancouver as some airport employee did not load it onto the plane because of weight restrictions.Didn't bother to tell Mr Neubrand(nor did mr N bother to make sure the Mug was on the plane).

I would have thought the Stanley Cup would have its own seat in first class.
