Ok you'll have to get to the bottom of the page to catch it...a lot of PR hype in between but check out the players expected in Portland:

It is nice to see Eminger, Sutherby, Morrisonn, Johansson and Fleischmann on that list. Gordon et al seemed like a lock but there were questions about these others and how their AHL time would qualify them. I wish we were seeing Semin’s name on that list but beggars can’t be choosers.

With the addition of the two real skilled forwards and the potential of having the same stifling D that had that playoff run Portland could have a real nice season. I know I'm starting to get excited...WC Hockey on TV and Pirates only a month + away.

Sounds like fun, jr- I hope you get a chance to go.

I don't know about that rehab for Salty Pete, though..... yikes.

We'll see Crowe...here are my thought on a potential roster. I suspect that this will be close if there is no NHL season:

F
Aulin
Fleishchmann
Fussey
Gordon
Johansson
Laich
Mink
Stroshein
Sutherby
Ulmer

D
Cutta
Eminger
Morrisonn
Paul
Robitaille
Yonkman
Zinger

G
Ouellet
Daigneault

I’m still not sure on the Pudlick contract. I thought he was a two-year deal but it looks like just one. He hasn’t signed anywhere so I’m curious if he’ll be at Portland’s camp. Maybe a Verot, Boomer, or Whitfield find their way through waivers...but it is unlikely and just a little wishing on my part.
Eddy will most like be headed to the ECHL. Parsons is another like Pudlick who might turn up at training camp. Hajt from a few local reports is gone to Europe although I can't find a confirmation.
With or without Semin this is still the team that was on such a tear heading into the playoffs. Regardless of the loss/non return of Semin I still really like this lineup.

Klepis (who I always seem to forget) is also a possibility for Portland. That would round out the P’s forwards barring injury that is.
