so, honestly, what happens if they don't agree, owners declare an impasse, bring in new players? what happens to the current teams, logos, names, etc? what happens to all the players? do they just go off into retirement? do they cross the picket line? what happens?

i mean, i know people say "doom and gloom" but i wonder, if the league screams "impasse", what really will happen?
