The Peerless about the first cuts

I was also surprised to see Fortin in that list. I understand why they kept Heward, Muir and Biron, who are experienced, but I didn't expect Green (very young) and Nycholat to make the cut. As for Cutta and Yonkman, they haven't played yet, so it's only a question of time.

If Witt begins the season with us, I believe the other six defensemen will be: Eminger, Majesky, Morrisonn, Heward, Muir and perhaps Biron (or  Cutta, or Yonkman).

Well, with Majesky having failed his physical (knee), this is an opening for Cutta and/or Yonkman to at least make it difficult to send either down.
