After all, we don't care about the goal difference. A loss is a loss. As long as we develop some team chemistry, I'll be happy. And I believe that Olie said this group is the best one since 1998.
And we're not the only team that got blown out yesterday, since the Wild beat Cloutier and the Canucks 6-0.
The Rangers are leading Brodeur and the Devils 3-0 at the first intermission tonight.

I will always pay attention to my fav team. Did not expect much from them this year and we fans better get used to many blowouts this season.
But I will always love my Cappies.
Me too, TAK!
I left end 1st, with the Caps on the PK (what else is new?). Got home with 5:00 left 2nd, and see Eminger has got them within 1- I'll take it. If they keep skating, they'll win this game.
Just for info- Cassels took a shot, I thought off his left ankle/shin, wasn't sure if it was the puck or a stick- he hasn't returned to the ice since mid-1st, and I don't expect to see him tonight. Could be serious, they had to help him down the tunnel to the dressing room.
Nothing much to say, the Isles score twice in the early 3rd to go up 5-3, and the Caps are left with putting out effort the rest of the game (and so far, I think they are).
Now Clymer and Blake go, and it's even on the ice.
And, say what you will about Biron, but Morrisonn is the one who needs to go down for a little more seasoning- he got burned on both the last two Isles' goals, and this wasn't the first time it's happened.
I like the guy and hope he makes it eventually, but it won't be this season (jimo).
I thought Morrisonn had a pretty typical rookie kind of game. I thought he played pretty solidly for the most part -- certainly with more assertiveness -- but when he made a mistake, he wasn't cheated.

Yonkman has only played one game, 9:01, and is -2. Only 9 minutes, that shows that they don't trust him too much (Green averaged 14:38 of TOI in his two games).
