Yep. I've been looking forward to Majesky, ever since the Fan Fest- he seemed like a decent sort, answered my questions about how he was doing (he said some days good, some days not so good- but that was back in September). Just wish he was healthier, but we'll see if he can cut it. He certainly played very well for Atlanta that last season, before his injury.
As for Green, from what I've read, he was the choice to go down: a couple other guys would have to clear waivers, or, in the case of Biron, the contract is one way (they'd have to pay him NHL wages to play AHL games). Green didn't have to clear, and he's got a two-way from what I've read. I thought Green did very well early on, but fell from the "heights" the last several games. I hope he continues to learn and grow with the guys in Hershey, and that we see him back with the Caps for good next season (if not before).
