Shots are 6-0 Bruins after 11:31 of play, although both teams only had one penalty.

Oh! first shot for the Caps, now: Willsie! A shot with a "(*)". It means a great scoring chance, I believe.

Willsie to the box for hooking 3 seconds later.

I've watched the highlights from our last game... Great goal by Pettinger, and by Ovechkin, of course. Also, it looks like the Zubrus-Ovechkin pairing works perfectly. Gotta love on the first action they show, the way Zubie stole a puck for Ovechkin, and AO's one-timer.

Shots: 15-2 Bruins, with 2:08 remaining in the first period.

I'll probably go to bed now, since it's hard to follow a game in these conditions. Hopefully, Roger will be back in time to comment the third period.

Willsie's chance was terrific- brought the fans out of their seats.

Meanwhile, while I was on the subway, the PP has come to life- Biron, from Ovechkin and Zubrus! 1-0 Caps!

But just after I turn on the TV, Murray ties it up at 1-1 with 4:18 left 2nd.

Immediately after, Halpern puts it off the rink.... penalty.

But, on a 2 on 1 SH break, it's..... Clark!!!!!!

2-1 Caps!!!!!

Hahahahaha..... NHL has totally missed Murray's goal, and has the score up as 2-0 Caps....

the Bruins have a PP, and will start the 3rd with just over a minute to get back into it.

2-1 Caps, end 2nd.

NHL has the score right, now. Clark's goal is scored unassisted, although Toivonen got his glove on it, but couldn't close it up and it popped up over, and in.

Kolzig has been STELLAR all night- this game could easily be a 2-3 goal Boston lead without him.

edit: they have now credited Witt with an assist on the Clark goal.

Caps open with a great control shift, but no score.

Hanlon, during the interview, was asked why the Caps seem to always have a smile on their face for the morning skate. His answer:"We have a great captain, and we added 3 character guys to the roster- Bradley, Clymer, and Clark."

Caps have really been outshot tonight.

SOGs were 40-18 Boston in regulation.

The Bruins control the first minute of OT.....

Bruins win. Great pressure by the Bruins, and you could see it coming (JB said right before, they were going for the win).

Great goals by Ovechkin and Samsonov.

On the game-winning goal, it looks like Pettinger, battling with Sturm, hinders Kolzig and Heward.
