MY SC post above is in error- he was gone for 7:00, skated one shift (which I saw just as it was posted up), and then was gone about the last 9:00 of the 2nd period. Reports are he's done at least for the night, if not longer.

No he's not back. I told Roger to find another site to get his stats that's 2 big mistakes this week from NHL,com

He is in the locker room waiting for the TB trainers to have a look at him. Too bad if he can't finish the season but he will have lots of time to heal

The NHL needs a healthy Crosby .
This may be the best year for NHL rookie players and the NHL should fall down on it's knees and thank the hockey gods.

I'll assume that the Pens are not taking any chances with Crosby.

With :04 left in the game, Morrisonn and Bergenheim collide, and both stay down- they both appear to be seriously injured. Both helped off the ice, neither one putting weight on their right legs (which met up knee to knee). Yikes. Morrisonn got the 2:00.

Crosby IS back- he was gone for 7:00, skated a short shift, gone for 14:00, and skated another shift at 5:00 gone in the 3rd. He's back.
