That was a good shot- it hit Rolo's glove so hard, it knocked him over flat on his back.

Semin is good too, but streaky. I think he's almost like Lang was- just kind of floats around, you don't notice him, but all of a sudden there he is in position.... and he's got a really wicked shot, too. You're right on the D, but that's at least a year away unless the team has such a good chance to make the playoffs GMGM can't avoid getting someone.

This is really the year for all these young Caps to learn to play together, and learn how each other thinks in situations. Next year, when they apply those lessons, it'll be time to seriously consider free agents. I'd say the Pens are already there this year, but I think they are really doing it on sheer talent alone.

Invisible might be good, in his case- last night, he was +1 with 3:30 of SH time, about 12:30 TOI. Tonight, he's only got 7:40 TOI, and only :12 on the PK- they might be saving his energy for the 3rd in case they need it (and they do need it).

Or, something could be wrong with him or his equipment, or it could be disciplinary. He just had a 13:00 break before skating a shift right at the end of the period.

We shall see.
