I do not want to mean here but looking at that TB lineup and I must say that they are not much better than the Caps .
The only difference is that the Caps have AO and TB has Vinnie L,Brad Richards and MSL .

The play started with Pettinger digging the puck out of the left wall at the Caps' blueline, pass to Semin in center ice, into the zone pass back to Pettinger coming in on Holmqvist's right, pass across to Beech for the short side open net. Sweet work!

Beech didn't play for the first 11 minutes. Then he replaced Gordon on the second line and bang, he scores on his second shift, with 1:01 of play so far.

Cap to the box with 1:38 left in the 1st. Morrisonn tried to talk the ref into a matching dive, but no dice.

Not at all, they just can't stay out of the box.

On that PP (Bolts 0 for 7 now), Zed got defended on a breakaway, and after Kolzig covered a puck, Erskine crosschecked MSL..... no call, MSL slashed Erskine, no call.....

they're letting them play, and the Caps still lead 4-2 with 5:00 left in regulation.

Bolts are at 45 SOGs, 18 misses, and 11 Cap blocks- 74 pucks at net, and there's 5:00 left in regulation. They are easily going to get 50 SOGs at this rate. Ovechkin gets whacked under the visor with a stick again, no call.....
