This week, the NHL Board voted to approve the Balsillie sale on the condition that he keep the Penguins in town – or at least make the best efforts to do so.

He planned to move the team to Kitchener Ont from the day he first offered to buy the pens.
I hope he suffers a fine from this(his sale was approved afterall before he backed out ).
anyways,it is time we all pitched in to buy the Pens.
I'd love to own a NHL team .
