Almost 4:00 gone, and suddenly Pothier "fires" a weak knuckleball at Vokoun that he sees all the way, and it goes right through him.....

7:30 gone, and the only other excitement in the game was a knee on knee collision between Bradley and Cullimore, which has put JC out of the game for now. Not sure he'll be back.

Caps on the PP with8:41 left 1st, couple of decent chances, then 2 good clears by the Cats.... cleared again finally.... and again.... Vokoun covers with :12 left in the PP. Florida is taking the "backdoor" away according to Locker, and that kept the Caps from scoring. Killed, and ES.

I agree, Roger. I didn't watch anything until 11 min. into the 3rd, but it looked like a ho-hum skate-around that the Caps managed to win. Though, I think the arena's camera angle is partly to blame.
Otherwise, Laing certainly will give up his body to block a shot or a dozen.
