Quick summary:

About 8 minutes later, Panthers tie the game by Ballard from Zednik and Stillman, still at even strength, but this time 4-on-4.

What happened exactly: Weiss to the box, double minor for high sticking. But 1:25 into it, Green gets called for tripping, 4-on-4 and the Panthers scored a little more than a minute after that. Don't know if Green was released and the Caps were on the PP after that, because Weiss' double penalty was not over.

In the second period, a penalty each, both killed. Then Weiss called again, with 50 seconds left. Panthers kill these first 50 seconds.
