Sabres should have taken a 1-0 lead early, but missed a completely empty net.... then the caps scored on a PP, the Sabres scored on a deflection by someone and then a Caps' own goal, and I left.

By the time I got home it was 3-2 Caps (more PP I'm given to understand, they are #1 in the league now on the PP).... the Sabres just killed a 1:32 3 on 5.... and killed the reast of the penalties too. Just under 6:00 left 2nd, still 3-2 Caps.

Sabres score on another deflection, but :23 later fedorov scores his 2nd of the night. 4-3 Caps now......
