| Will PNG’s Young Leaders Rule Successfully after PM?September 22 2009 at 4:44 PM No score for this post | PNG@Heart | |
| Lovely men and women of this nation PNG. Much has been said against the father of this nation our current PM. Though I sometimes sway to the rhythm of the many libellous remarks against him, my instincts keep telling me that he is the father of this nation and most remarks are demagogues. He is a leader that has superb charisma that can hold together leaders of various warring tribes & province, regions and tongues together as a nation going forward. That alone has given me the peace to have faith in the father of this nation concurrently being mindful of his age and the need to relinquish leadership to the younger leaders of this nation. What troubles me most and I will need your impartial views is that WILL THE YOUNG LEADERS BE ABLE TO HOLD OTHER LEADERS TOGETHER??? After the PMs political reign, will the Islands Region work together with the Mainlanders? Will the Engan internal difference be put aside for a better Enga? Will our leaders be man enough to stand up against political ill-will of regional powers like Australia to and deliver economic independence to PNG? Will the Western Highlanders work together with the Engans? Will the Sepiks be able to work together after the PMs rule? Will there be political stability??? etc etc etc ???? These issues keeps me thinking of the future state of this country and how well our resources can best be utilised against the advent of this likely impediments to benefit our people and keep PNG shinning. What do you others think?????
