Just bought air niugini ticket on line and has been calling the help desk from USA at 3273780 and 3273628 and nobody seem to answer. It's costly to call PNG from here and such pathetic customer service means this is the last time I will purchase ticket from Air Niugini.

i sympathise with you. hwevr, if u bookd on line, there shudnt b n e probs. but if u 1na change ya bkings, then u mite be experiencing probs. my advice is, YOU CALL SYDNEY PX OFFICE, look up t inrnet 4 their #. T "girls" there r very nice n they can help u. I travell alot n they'v bn of so much help. When u do ring, ask 4 Rose. .........gd luck!
