With the delay in elections in the paper and some getting shocks in their land even though not born in this country, complaining on the radio news.

Nope, buddy, it's YOUR problem too. The city people are the ones who make plans to grab the land out from under the feet of the rural people. Yeah yeah you can say that you'll fight etc etc but once the police and army show up with their weapons it has hardly ever happened in PNG (only once-Bougainville). Instead, people simply lose their land.
If you let the city people continue with their schemes, you too may lose your land. Ever heard of SABL?

Bro u might need modern medicine and technology as another need...and bio-metric voting system would most likely use bio-metric technology. Bio meaning 'life' and metrics:Relating to measurement; involving, or proceeding by, measurement.
Therefore based on this a biometric voting system might involve using a recording system that stores biometric information such as eye colour,retina,fingerprints,hair etc...and implenents the voting system using the technology for common,polling,tally etc....

Are you trying to be fancy or does yur writing just come off as someone trying to be fancy?
Simple answer-
There are certain features of our bodies that are unique to each person. Fingerprints are one, but eye iris pattern is another. The idea is to use one of these features to uniquely identify each eligible voter so that one person cannot pretend to be another. There are now portable devices with computers inside that can take a database of all PNG people's biometric features and compare that against the person whose features are being recorded by the machine. In that way, there's no cheating.
WHAT? No cheating? Of course there's still plenty room for cheating, because after all, it is human beings running all this equipment. The equipment can get accidentally 'broke' in return for a bribe. And that's only a start on how a biometrics-based system can be corrupted.
Of course, you could have leant all this yourself many many days ago if you had bothered to Google biometrics and other key words You could have found the information yourself on the internet. But of course you were too lazy to do that!

hi Ketch ketch I wasnot tryin to be fancy..I was simply trying to givea brief explanation on biometrics, I admit one of the definietons was not my own but pulled from the internet.
This is why PNg is still behind always trying to pull eachother down by labelling each other negatively, jealousy etc, thats your own interpration of being "fancy" to someone else it could be a 'simple' explanation.
U couldve said this my own explanation, when presenting your ideas, heard of constructive criticism? If we th PNG people do not unit for the betterment of PNG we will never change.

More electoral corruption than ever before. Bio metrix as the solution to electoral roll problems is laughable.
What other data sources do we have inplace to compare? like hospital data registry, death registry, birth registry etc.
Do DPM think he'll get it up in 6 months? haha me laugh. Why is he so confident in forming the next government? So now we know he depends on the Bio Metrix system.
