I have 3 questions for anybody that attended last weeks mini camp:
1) Who reported from the 2002 OHL draft?
2) Who reported from the 2003 OHL draft?
3) How did Patrick Asselin perform?

I think most of the 03 draftees were there. McNeill, Pyatt, Asselin, Crowder, all the top guys were there, and I think most of the other 03 drafts. From the 02 draft, I think there were five or six...Blain, Mills, Mackenzie, Gurnoe, Milo and Ryan. Wasn't at the camp so I can't say how Asselin or anyone else did. I'm waiting myself for Disco Stu's detailed report. Disco Stu, where have you gone? BP Fox, got any details.

According to the line-up sheet from the camp that my sis gave me (hey sis!), these were the line-ups:

WHITE TEAM: Aaron Rock (G/'87); Greg Fisher (G/'87); Michael McKenzie (F/'86); Patrick McNeill (D/'87); Patrick Asselin (F/'87); Chase Ryan (D/'86); Kevin Tuckey (F/'87); Simon Gysbers (D/'87); Chase Crowder (F/'87); Matthew Suggs (F/'87); Drew Satterley (F)

BLUE TEAM: Jonathan Hunter (G/'87); Brad O'shell (F/'87); Marty Gurnoe (D/'86); Tom Pyatt (F/'87); Jamie Klie (D/'87); Ben Plocar (F/'87); Eric Jagodich (F/'87); Nick McParland (F/'87); Mike Mills (F/'87); Joseph Milo (F/'86); Ken Blain (F/'86)

Hope that helps.

I kind of figured with you being a head OHL scout and all you would know who was there, heck, you know more about it than I do and I was there.

AAAAAAAAY!

Disco, who are you calling an OHL scout? Hope it's not me because I'm just someone who wanted to know how the kids made out on the weekend. I couldn't be there but people I know were there and I only asked about your report because you said you were going to post it after reviewing your notes. Sorry if I misunderstood.

Don't worry Andyvankoho, I think Disco was taking a shot at Ohlfan3. Must still be some bad blood from a previous post. If you want to check out the rehash, look at the post titled "2003 Draft" dated May 1st. We all hammered Ohlfan3 pretty good, so my guess is, there is some lingering effect. Don't worry, Disco is a pro and I am sure he will be forth coming with his take on the mini camp and the prospects. Should be a good read.
