I've noticed that in games where I have worn my wig, the team is 2-0 so far this year, and the team is 0-2 in "no-wig" games.
I thought I was saving the wig for special games, but my superstitions are telling me to bring it tomorrow. If we lose, then I won't worry about this for a while. If we win, maybe I'll start wearing the goofy thing at every game.
In other news, I will more than likely be bringing a notepad to the game tomorrow. In one of my posts late last year, I had mentioned that I would like to chart ice time in a game early this season. Most of it has to do with my theories about keeping guys fresh and being effective when we can roll 4 lines and give top players some rest. By measuring quantitatively how much time each player gets during the game, I can actually measure things to see how my theories apply.
I should post my findings when I can get around to crunching the numbers. Hopefully I can keep track of everyone, line changes happen an awful lot.
